Ingredients:
- 750 g Chicken
- 100 g Khoya
- 250 g Yogurt
- 7 Small Onions
- 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- ½ tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 pod Garlic
- 6 Whole Red Chilies
- ½ tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 5 pieces Cloves
- ½ tbsp Aniseed
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 4 tbsp Clarified Butter
- Salt, to taste
How to make Padampuri Murg:
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in a bowl except chicken, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and yogurt.
- Take a pan and heat clarified butter in it and then add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon to it.
- Now, mix all the ingredients in the pan (except chicken) to make a masala.
- Put chicken in it and cook it till it is done. Don’t add water in it. The dish is ready to eat.
