Ingredients:
- 5 Eggs
- 12 slices Wheat Bread
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup White Sugar
- 2 tbsp Orange Liqueur
- 1 tsp Orange Essence
How to make Pain Perdu:
- Take a large bowl and mix eggs, milk, liqueur, orange essence and sugar to a fluffy thick paste.
- Now, take a shallow pan and pour the mixture to it. Soak bread slices into it for a minute.
- Take a flat pan and oil it lightly. Fry the slices on it until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
