Ingredients:
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup Flour
  • 12 oz Golden Apples (peeled, cored & thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp Golden Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
How to make Pancake Wedges:
  • Pre heat the oven to 425 degree F.
  • Take a large bowl and add sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
  • Now add flour and batter until it smoothens.
  • Melt butter in a dish for about 5 minutes.
  • Now place apple slices in overlapping rows (on top of the melted butter)
  • Bake apple slices till they turn soft and turn brown around the edges.
  • Spoon batter over apples and sprinkle it with brown sugar.
  • Bake it for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve it hot with powder sugar sprinkled on the top.
