Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cup Onions(slices)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum(slices)
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2-3 strands Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 cup Paneer (chopped into cubes)
- 3-4 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
- Salt to taste
How to make Paneer Chilli:
- Heat oil and fry the Paneer cubes till they turn slightly brownish.
- Take them out in a plate.
- In the remaining oil, add onions, ginger-garlic paste and fry till onions turn translucent.
- Add green chilies, capsicum and fry till they become soft.
- Add paneer, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, and salt.
- Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
Suggestions:
Serve with rice
