Ingredients:
- 4 ripe Tomatoes (sliced)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsps Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
How to make Parmesan Tomatoes:
- Take a baking sheet and arrange the tomato slices in a layer.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, parmesan, Dijon mustard, and brown mustard.
- Sprinkle a little bit of oregano, salt and pepper.
- Top each tomato slice with a small amount of mayonnaise mixture and then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parsley on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, at 175 deg C.
- Serve hot.
