Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • ¾ cup Peanut Butter
How to make Peanut Butter Fingers:
  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Combine rolled oats, brown sugar and white sugar in a medium bowl.
  • Add melted butter and stir to blend the ingredients.
  • Place the mixture into the bottom of the pan and pat it evenly.
  • Bake the mixture for 15 minutes till it turns toasty.
  • Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave or heat-proof bowl over simmering water. Make sure to stir occasionally.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture over the baked crust.
  • Allow the preparation to cool before cutting it into squares.
