Ingredients:
  • 170gm Jaggery
  • 1/2cup Water
  • 3 tsp ghee
  • 300gm Roasted Peanuts (without oil)
How to make Peanut Chikki:
  • Take out skin of peanuts and crush them into big pieces.
  • Break jaggery.
  • Add water into the jaggery and make syrup.
  • Once the syrup become thick then takes out from fire.
  • Put nuts and mix well.
  • Place the nut into a greased plate and spread evenly.
  • Cut into pieces.
Suggestions:
Serve with tea.
