Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 5 Green Chilies
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
How to make Peanut Chutney:
  • Fry peanuts in a skillet, until aromatic and crisp.
  • Discard the skins and place the nuts in a grinder.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and process into a paste. Add water to make the preparation smooth.
  • Serve with upma, idli, or any favorite dish of yours.
