Ingredients:
- 1 cup Peanuts
- 5 Green Chilies
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
How to make Peanut Chutney:
- Fry peanuts in a skillet, until aromatic and crisp.
- Discard the skins and place the nuts in a grinder.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process into a paste. Add water to make the preparation smooth.
- Serve with upma, idli, or any favorite dish of yours.
