Ingredients:
  • 1 Kg Chicken (cleaned, washed and cut into pieces)
  • 510 grams Pineapple (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • Cooking Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
How to make Pineapple Hawaiian Chicken:
  • Preheat the boiler.
  • Brush the chicken with oil, season with pepper and salt.
  • Keep the skin side down in boiler pan.
  • Broil 6” from heat till lightly browned for 20 min.
  • Turn broil 20 min.
  • Mean while in small saucepan add sugar and cornstarch.
  • Blend in crushed pineapple, soy sauce, chopped onion and butter.
  • Cook and mix till it is thickened.
  • Cook for one more min.
  • Serve it.
