Raita served with rice preparations such as Pulao, has been a tradition followed in India for years. Raita is not just prepared using slices of Tomato and Onion alone, but can be Pineapple flavored too.

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups sliced pineapple
- 3 Cups curd
- 3 tbsps Sugar
- Pepper corns
- Salt to taste
How to make Pineapple Raita:
- Mix curd, sugar and salt and stir it well.
- Put sliced pineapple in the mixture and stir it.
- Garnish it with pepper corns.
