Ingredients:
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg (ground)
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Flour
  • I tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp Margarine or Butter
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 4 cups Fresh Plums (sliced)

    For Topping
  • 3 tbsp Margarine or Butter
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg (ground)
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ½ cup Sugar
How to make Plum Pie:
  • Mix sugar, salt, lemon juice, flour, cinnamon and plums in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix nutmeg, cinnamon, flour and sugar, for the topping.
  • Cut pieces of butter into the mixture made for the topping and mix until it crumbles.
  • Sprinkle over the mixture made for filling.
  • Place the dough into the oven and bake at 350 deg F, for 50 to 60 minutes.
  • To avoid the cake getting burnt at the edges, cover the crust’s edges for the last 20 minutes.
  • Once done, place it cool on a wire rack.

I made this recipe. I wasn't paying attention and I put in 1/2 tbsn of flour and it ended up like a crisp. It was slightly tart but still good.
