Polish Appetizer Recipe

• 455 kg Kielbasa (chopped)
• 1 cup Apricot Preserves
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
• ¼ tsp Ginger Powder

• Take all the ingredients except kielbasa in a pan and cook on low flame until it is soft and even.
• Stir in kielbasa and cook further on low flame for at least 1 hr.
• Serve it hot.
