Ingredients:
- 2 medium Beets (peeled)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Vegetable Bouillon
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
How to make Polish Barszcz:
- Take water, beets and onion in a bowl. Cook it until beet is cooked.
- Mix lemon juice, sugar in it and flavor it with salt & pepper to taste. Then keep it aside for all night long.
- Drain it.
- Stir in bouillon and cook.
- Pour the cream and mix well.
- Serve it hot.
