Ingredients:
  • 12 large Dried Black Figs
  • 12 strips of Bacon
  • Oil for frying
How to make Polish Fig And Bacon Appetizer:
  • Take a bowl of hot water and keep the figs in for around 15 min until its soft.
  • Remove fat of the bacon keeping 1/3 fat.
  • Fry the bacons partly until it is soft and ends are bended.
  • Place the bacons on tissue paper to take out the excess oil.
  • Cover up the fig with fried bacon strips sealing it with toothpick and bake it in the oven for 5-10 min until it’s crusty.

Serve it with red wine.
