Ingredients:
- 12 large Dried Black Figs
- 12 strips of Bacon
- Oil for frying
How to make Polish Fig And Bacon Appetizer:
- Take a bowl of hot water and keep the figs in for around 15 min until its soft.
- Remove fat of the bacon keeping 1/3 fat.
- Fry the bacons partly until it is soft and ends are bended.
- Place the bacons on tissue paper to take out the excess oil.
- Cover up the fig with fried bacon strips sealing it with toothpick and bake it in the oven for 5-10 min until it’s crusty.
Suggestions:
Serve it with red wine.
