Ingredients:
  • 680 gm Dried Fruits
  • 8 cups Water
  • 8 Whole Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • Lemon Rind
  • Sugar to taste
How to make Polish Kompot:
  • Heat a pan and pour the dry fruits, water, cloves, cinnamon, rind & sugar. Get it to boil and keep stirring continuously.
  • Then cook it covered for 20 min on low flame until fruits are cooked and sauce thickens. When cooked, keep it aside to cool.
  • Pour the kompot into sterilized jars and let it in the fridge for 1 week.
  • Serve it cold.
