Ingredients:
  • 6 large Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 240 gm Cooked Ham (grounded)
  • 4 tbsp Mild Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Cooked Mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Chives (chopped)
  • 1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 60 gm Melted Butter
How to make Polish Stuffed Eggs:
  • Half the boiled eggs and take out its yolk. Then mix it well with all the ingredients except bread crumbs and butter.
  • Stuff the eggs with the mixture evenly.
  • Heat a pan and place the stuffed eggs in it. Cover the eggs fillings with bread crumbs properly and add melted butter to it. Then cook it for 3 min until it turns golden and crunchy.
  • Serve it hot.
