Polish Beet Salad Recipe

• 2 large Beets (peeled)
• Lemon juice
• Sugar to taste
• Salt to taste
• Black Pepper to taste
• Small Onion (chopped)
• ½ cup Horseradish Sauce

• Take slightly salted water in a pan and boil the beets for around 45 minutes.
• Drain and dip into chilled water for 10 minutes.
• Slice the beets roughly and mix well with little lemon juice, sugar, salt & pepper to taste.
• Add onion and horseradish sauce, and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• Serve it cold.
