Ingredients:
- 1 kg Pork Meat (cubed)
- 5 Onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 50 g Ginger (chopped)
- 200 g Tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 Green Chilies (slit)
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- 4 tsp Chili Powder
- 3 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhaina)
- 2 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
How to make Pork Gravy:
- Dry roast chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and pepper powder in a pan until black in color.
- Mix pork with onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chilies, and salt in a pressure cooker. Cook until 4 whistles comes out.
- Add the dry masala and stir well.
- Pour in vinegar and soy sauce. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Serve hot with rice.
