Ingredients:
- 2 Pork Tenderloins
- 5 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Shallots (minced)
- 1 cup Marsala Wine
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
How to make Pork Tenderloin With Dijon Marsala Sauce:
- Rub the pork with the mustard. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the pork until brown.
- Grease a baking dish and transfer the meat into it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees C for 20 minutes per side.
- Melt the butter in a pan and cook the shallots until soft. Add the marsala, mustard, and cream. Stir and cook until the sauce is reduced by half.
