Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Red Wine
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp light Brown Sugar
  • 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh Chives (minced)
How to make Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce:
  • In a resealable plastic bag take the soy sauce, brown sugar and wine and shake vigorously to mix. Place the pork and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  • In a bowl take the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard powder and mix. Add the minced chive and set for refrigeration.
  • In a baking dish place the pork and marinade. Bake for 60 minutes in an oven preheated at 165 degrees C. Baste occasionally.
  • Allow it to cool and then cut into thick slices. Serve with the mustard slices.
