Ingredients:
- 8 Eggs
- 4 Onions (finely chopped)
- 4 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 inch Ginger (grated)
- 4 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Green Coriander (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Salt
How to make Punjabi Anda Bhurji:
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except butter.
- Beat the mixture till frothy.
- Take a wok and heat butter, pour the mixture.
- Crumble the eggs nicely and cook for 2 minutes.
Suggestions:
Serve the bhurji with bread or paratha.
