Ingredients:
  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 Onions (finely chopped)
  • 4 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch Ginger (grated)
  • 4 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Green Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
How to make Punjabi Anda Bhurji:
  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except butter.
  • Beat the mixture till frothy.
  • Take a wok and heat butter, pour the mixture.
  • Crumble the eggs nicely and cook for 2 minutes.
