Ingredients:
- 2 purple Plums
- 1 1/2 cups purple Grapes (halved)
- 1/4 cup Radichio lettuce (chopped)
- 3 tbsp dried Goji berries
- 1 small Onion (thinly sliced rounds)
- 6 dried Figs (de-stemmed and thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Agave syrup
How to make Purple Fruit Salad:
- In a pan put oil, sauté figs in it for 5 minutes or until it is slightly caramelized.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and the caramelized fig into a bowl.
- Serve right away or serve it chilled
