Rajma Salad Recipe

Instead of preparing salad using cucumber and tomatoes, try making something similar using Rajma, popularly known as 'Kidney beans'. A few teaspoons of Vinegar makes this a treat to the tongue.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup rajma beans (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
- 1 Small onion, finely chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves (crushed into a paste)
- 1 Small tomato, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 Chilly, finely chopped
- 3-4 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
How to make Rajma Salad:
- In a glass bowl, add all the ingredients, except vinegar and lemon juice.
- Pour vinegar and lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Toss just before serving.
- Rajma Salad is ready.
