  • 1 bottle Belgian Raspberry Beer (chilled)
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

  • Add 1 cup Raspberry beer and sugar; stir it well in the blender.
  • Refrigerate it for at least 4 hours.
  • Now boil 1 cup beer with sugar until it is reduced to ¼ cup.
  • Set it aside till the syrup is chilled.
  • Scrape the granite using fork.
  • Take two separate glasses and spoon ice cream.
  • Top it with the prepared granita.
  • Pour more beer for better taste.
