Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 liter Milk
- 4 Cashew Nuts
- 4 Raisins
- 4 Almonds
- 2 Cardamoms (powdered)
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ghee
How to make Rice Payasam:
- Heat ghee in a pan and gently fry the rice. Remove and keep to the side.
- Put little ghee in the same pan and fry cashew nuts, almonds, and raisins lightly.
- Mix in the fried rice, sugar, and cardamom.
- Pour milk and simmer on low flame until rice turns tender.
- Serve hot.
