Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 2 cups American Rice
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • Grated Cheese
How to make Rice Pilaf:
  • Rinse the rice and drain.
  • Heat butter in a saucepan. Fry the rice in it until it becomes golden.
  • Add water and cover. Cook until rice is tender and liquid is completely off.
  • Slightly stir and shift in a buttered bowl. Press it inside to take a shape.
  • Empty the bowl in a platter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Serve with curd.
