Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Long Grain Rice
  • 2 ¼ cup Water
  • ½ cup colored Bell Peppers (chopped)
  • ½ cup Tuna
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Pepper
How to make Rice Tuna Salad:
  • Take rice with water in a pan and cook it covered for 25 min or until rice is tender & water dries out. Then let it cool.
  • Take mayonnaise with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Mix rice with tuna, vegetables and mayonnaise mixture. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs.
  • Serve it cold.
