Ingredients:
  • 250 gm Ridge Gourd (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • ½ “ Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Urad Dal
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 1 small lump of Tamarind
  • 2 tsp Coconut
  • ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • Few Curry leaves
How to make Ridge Gourd Chutney:
  • Roast urad dal with red chillies in a pan and keep it to the side.
  • Put oil in a pan and shallow fry ridge gourd with onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, tamarind.
  • Mix in coconut with urad dal. Take it off heat and grind it all together.
  • Flavor it with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Suggestions:
Serve it with chapatti.
