Ingredients:
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp dried Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds boneless Pork Loin Roast
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
How to make Roasted Pork Loin:
  • Crush the garlic. Add the rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to make a paste.
  • Make small cuts in the meat at several places and put the garlic mixture in those slits.
  • Mix olive oil with the remaining garlic mixture and rub it onto the meat.
  • Place the pork in a baking dish and bake at 175 degrees C for 2 hours. Turn the meat frequently.
  • Remove the meat and add the wine in the baking dish. Mix the wine and the pan liquids. Pour it over the pork and serve.
