Ingredients:
  • 4 small Sugar Pumpkins (seeded)
  • 2 cups Applesauce
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
How to make Roasted Pumpkins:
  • Preheat oven to 325 °F (165 °C).
  • Grease a medium baking dish lightly.
  • Combine together applesauce, cinnamon, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.
  • Spoon ½ cup of the mixture into each pumpkin.
  • Place the pumpkins in the baking dish.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes till the pumpkins turn tender.
