Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp dried Sage
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
- 6 center cut bone-in Pork Chops
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cubes Beef Bouillon
How to make Sage Pork Chops:
- In a bowl mix the salt, sage and black pepper and rub it on both sides of the pork.
- In a skillet melt the butter and sauté both sides of the chops until browned.
- Dissolve the bouillon in water in a saucepan over high heat.
- Add the chops and simmer the chops for 45 minutes.
