Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sooji (Semolina)
- 1 cup Ghee
- 2 cup Sugar
- 4 cup Water
- 2 small Cardamoms (crushed)
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 5-6 Almonds (chopped)
How to make Sooji Halwa:
- In a frying pan, mix sugar and water. Bring it to boil
- In a kadai, fry sooji in ghee till slightly golden in color.
- Add raisins, cardamom, and almonds.
- Now, add water mixture to sooji. Be careful, to avoid lump formation.
- Stir and cook till ghee separates from the mixture.
- Serve hot.
