Ingredients:
- 1 Cup soya granules
- 2 Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1 tsp Dry kasoori methi
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Coriander-cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Cup water
For Seasoning:
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
How to make Soya Curry:
- Heat oil in a non-stick vessel.
- Add mustard seeds and saute until they splutter.
- Now add cumin seeds and urad dal.
- Fry urad dal until light brown.
- Now combine ginger garlic paste with it and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add onions and saute until light brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get fully cooked.
- Now add water, soya granules, red chilly powder, garam masala, coriander-cumin powder and salt.
- Cook it until soya gets cooked.
- Add dry methi and cook for another 2 minutes.
