Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup soya granules
  • 2 Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Dry kasoori methi
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander-cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cup water

    For Seasoning:
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
How to make Soya Curry:
  • Heat oil in a non-stick vessel.
  • Add mustard seeds and saute until they splutter.
  • Now add cumin seeds and urad dal.
  • Fry urad dal until light brown.
  • Now combine ginger garlic paste with it and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add onions and saute until light brown.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get fully cooked.
  • Now add water, soya granules, red chilly powder, garam masala, coriander-cumin powder and salt.
  • Cook it until soya gets cooked.
  • Add dry methi and cook for another 2 minutes.
