Ingredients:
- 12 Squids
- 4 Green Chilies
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
- ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
- 6 tbsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Squid Fry:
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the onion.
- Add squids and stir well. Cover the pan and cook on low flame, until they turn tender and the liquid dries out.
- Put in rest of the ingredients and fry for a minute.
- Serve hot with rice.
