Ingredients:
- ½ cup Pearl Tapioca (soaked overnight)
- 8 cups Water
- 1½ cups Prunes (pitted)
- 1½ cups Raisins
- 1¼ cups Sugar
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon (Dalchini)
- 2½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Sweet Soup:
- Take water, along with prunes, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan and get to a boil.
- Pour into tapioca and cook for 30 minutes, or until tapioca is transparent and prunes are cooked.
- Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Remove and let it cool.
- Serve cold.
