Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pound Pork Tenderloin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • All-purpose Flour for dusting
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 8 oz Russian-style Salad Dressing
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 1 oz dry Onion Soup Mix
How to make Tender Pork Tenderloin:
  • Trim the pork of fat and pat it dry with a paper towel.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over it and lightly dust with flour.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and brown the pork evenly on all sides.
  • Mix the salad dressing, honey, and onion soup in a bowl.
  • Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the dressing mix evenly over it. Roll the meat in the sauce to coat it on all sides. Cover the dish with an aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated at 175 degrees. Baste with the dressing mix every 10 minutes.
  • Then remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
