Ingredients:
- 3 cups Ivy Gourd or Tindora (sliced)
- ¼ cup Shallots (chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Pepper (crushed)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- 9-10 pieces Coconut Pieces
- 4 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Tindora Fry:
- Take oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
- Stir in shallots, red pepper, garlic, and coconut pieces. Fry until the shallots turn deep brown in color.
- Mix in turmeric powder and tindora. Flavor with salt and cook on medium flame, until the tindora turns tender and the mixture is completely dry.
- Serve hot.
