Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3 Onions (chopped)
- 5 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 Eggs (boiled)
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- Few Curry Leaves
- Few Coriander Leaves
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Tomato Egg Curry:
- Slice the eggs into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and curry leaves.
- Put in tomatoes and salt. Stir and cook until the tomatoes get tender.
- Stir in chili powder and garam masala. Mix and cook for a minute.
- Add sliced eggs and stir until the eggs are covered with the masala.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
