Ingredients:
  • 4 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 Onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 Coconut (grated)
  • 3 green Chilies (chopped)
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
How to make Tomato-Onion-Coconut Chutney:
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • When hot enough, add onions to it.
  • Once onions are golden brown, add tomatoes, green chilies, coriander and curry leaves.
  • When this mixture is well cooked, add coconut.
  • Mix Well.
  • Remove from heat.
  • When it’s cool enough, grind in mixer with little salt and water.
Suggestions:
Serve with Dosa.
