Ingredients:
- 4 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 Onions (chopped)
- 1/4 Coconut (grated)
- 3 green Chilies (chopped)
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
How to make Tomato-Onion-Coconut Chutney:
- Heat oil in a pan
- When hot enough, add onions to it.
- Once onions are golden brown, add tomatoes, green chilies, coriander and curry leaves.
- When this mixture is well cooked, add coconut.
- Mix Well.
- Remove from heat.
- When it’s cool enough, grind in mixer with little salt and water.
Suggestions:
Serve with Dosa.
