Tosha is a Sindhi dessert which is made by frying plain flour rolls and then dipping them in sugar syrup. The crunch and sweetness of this unique desert is enough to brighten up one's mood.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup curd
- 250 gms Plain flour
- 1/2 tsp Cooking soda
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- For the Syrup:
- 3 Cups water
- 2-1/2 Cup sugar
How to make Tosha:
- Sift the plain flour.
- Add cooking salt and soda.
- Add 1 tsp oil and yogurt to the mixture and prepare stiff dough by kneading.
- Make long rolls like kebabs.
- Fry these rolls on a low flame till golden.
- Prepare syrup by dissolving sugar in water. The syrup should achieve thick consistency.
- Drop toshas into the syrup and stir them.
- Remove and cool.
