Ingredients:
- 3 tins Tuna Fish
- 4 Onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 10 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 1 bunch of Curry Leaves
- 6 boiled Potatoes
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Meat Masala
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 cups Oil
- 4 Egg Whites
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
How to make Tuna Cutlets:
- Mash boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, curry leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger, garam masala, and meat masala, until brown.
- Remove from heat and mix in fish.
- Mix in the mashed potatoes and flavor with salt and pepper.
- Divide the tuna mixture into ovals forming cutlets.
- Heat oil in a pan. Dip each cutlet into egg whites and then fold into breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil. Repeat with remaining cutlets.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
