Ingredients:
- 200 g canned Tuna
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Tuna Fry:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, until light brown.
- Stir in turmeric powder, chilly powder, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tuna, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix and cook till the fish turns tender and light brown in color.
- Serve hot.
