Ingredients:
- 2 cups Semolina (Suji)
- ½ cup Carrots (grated)
- ¼ cup Capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Green Chili (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green Coriander (chopped)
- 2 cups Water
- Salt
How to make Veg Pan Cake:
- Make a barter out of suji, vegetables and water.
- Keep the barter for 30 minutes aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour it in thin layers.
- Fry till golden on both the sides.
Suggestions:
Serve hot with ketchup.
