Ingredients:
- Dosa Batter
- Peas (as required)
- Carrots (chopped, as required)
- Beans (chopped, as required)
- Tomatoes (chopped, as required)
- 5 Green Chilies (chopped)
- Few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (as required)
How to make Vegetable Dosa:
- Soak peas, carrots, beans, and tomatoes in sufficient water in a pan and cook until half done.
- Mix the vegetables with the dosa batter.
- Stir in green chillies and coriander leaves. Flavor with salt.
- Hea oil in a pan.
- Put some batter in the pan and whirl to make a dosa. Flip and cook on the other side.
- Transfer into a serving plate. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Serve hot with tomato chutney.
