Ingredients:
- Wheat Berries (cooked and cooled)
- Celery (large stalk)
- ¼ Sweet Onion (finely chopped)
- ¼ Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1 Carrot (large)

- Dressing:
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ Thyme
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
How to make Wheat Berry Salad:
- Mix all the veggies together in a medium sized bowl.
- Mix the dressing ingredients with the same and then pour salad over it.
- Store the mixed salad in the fridge for at least an hour.
