Grilled Oyster

Ingredients:
- 1 Dozen oysters, washed
- 2 tbsp White wine
- 1/2 Cup lemon juice
- 1/2 Cup butter, melted
- A small bunch of parsley
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat grill on high.
- Put oysters on hot grill.
- Cook for 5 minutes until oysters open.
- Carefully remove the top shell, retaining juices.
- Blend together butter, wine, lemon juice and parsley.
- Spoon it over oysters.
- Again broil it for 5 minutes.
