Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups shredded raw zucchini
- 3 Eggs
- 1-3/4 Cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup chopped nuts
- 1 Cup oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Put zucchini in a strainer and press with hands to remove extra liquid.
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Add sugar and oil.
- Combine flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and nuts with egg mixture.
- Mix them properly.
- Add zucchini to it and beat the mixture.
- Pour into a greased, floured, loaf pan.
- Bake for one hour.
