Chicken Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chicken
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 3 tsp Dhania powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 Green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- A pinch of nutmeg and pepper powder
- Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions, garam masala, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Fry till onions turn brown.
- Now add chicken pieces, turmeric, pepper and chili powder.
- Cook it for about 5 minutes.
- Add salt and dhania powder.
- Cook until it is done.
- Garnish it with cilantro.
