Kachumber

Ingredients:
- 1 Large cucumber, peeled and finely diced
- 2-3 Large tomatoes, diced
- 1-3 Green chilies, finely chopped
- 3-5 Sprigs cilantro leaves
- 3 to 5 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2-3 tsp Vegan sugar
- 1/4 Cup onions, finely diced
- 3/4 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a big bowl and add tomatoes, cucumber and onions.
- Now add chilies, cilantro leaves, sugar, lemon juice and salt
- Mix well.
- Serve chilled with spicy curries.
