Ingredients:
- 250 gm Rice
- 500 ml Toddy
- 1 Coconut
- 20 gm Sugar
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Wash and soak the rice overnight in water.
- Drain and grind rice finely with toddy.
- Mix grated coconut with it and make a thick mixture.
- Now add sugar, cover and place it in a warm place for about 3 hours or till the batter ferments.
- Add salt and mix it properly.
- Pour the batter into shallow round moulds and steam it for about 15 minutes.
